    I'd be in favour of them selling the Carbon business and returning the proceeds to shareholders as a special dividend.

    Then the company can focus purely on getting the dairy business up and running.

    Should be able to get a 5 to 10 cent special dividend.

    Then raise some new venture capital to develop the dairy.
