What would happen is they give dividend to existing share base then bring in new venture capitalists to inject funds for the dairy. It will dilute the current shareholders with the new shares but that won't bother existing holders too much as you would have already received the dividend from carbon contracts plus retain your existing holding although a little diluted to see out the dairy appreciation.
