It's happening IMO
Market can pay 4 cents now and wait 12 to 24 months for perhaps a 1000% return or wait until the plant startup and milking begins and maybe get a 20% return....
One thing I do know is you can't wait until there is no risk and expect to get the 1000% type of returns. You have to get in now before it all kicks off and be very patient until it does.
