Market Update
As announced in the Quarterly Report dated 30 July 2010, production from the three Galveston 307 Block
wells began on a 8/64? choke in July 2010. Since commencing production, the project has produced 54,240
MCF sales gas and 344 Barrels of condensate (approximately 2,440 MCF and 15 BC net to Kilgore).
The wells were shut in on 17th August prior to undertaking flow testing on the Sandpiper well as
maintenance began on the upstream pipeline into which the Galveston production pipeline flows. The
maintenance program is expected to last up to 30 days. The market will be advised once the wells recommence
production.
