If this is the second visit, as implied, then they must have lifted the confidentiality clause that was in place during earlier discussions.
At the last general meeting it was stated that all parties in discussions had put confidential clause in place.
Hopefully it has been lifted because both parties are confident enough that an agreement will be reached between the parties.
