I have done some research on acr and have come up with the following facts.The company has been selling axiron to specialists from 1st april 2011 and primary care physicians from 1st june 2011,up to mid september the new to brand prescriptions(new prescriptions) have grown to 25.5%(up from 21.1% on the 5th of august) and the total prescriptions trx is 7.5%(up from 6.1% on the 5th of august) .In the recent presentation from eli lilly it was stated that the male testosterone market in the us is 1.3 billion and growing at approx 26%,based on acrux share of trx(total prescriptions) eli lilly sales of axiron are trending at 100 million a year(a sensational result in less than 6 months).I firmly believe that the market does not appreciate the success of axiron.
