OilyMan - I hope your optimism is rewarded. I love positive thinking but right now I am too confused with loans here and options there to act and I am left feeling frozen in time while things are sorted out in the background. Bottom line however says, why would all these lenders even be interested in putting up funds or taking options at any price if they did not feel there was something worth putting their money on?
