NFK certainly has better margin until last full year report. yesterday's downgrade does not good though, without informing on the margin outlook. They do have a specialty in Rail engineering, it looks?
There is a reason why NFK is trading at higher multiple and lower dividend yield (BSA 9.1% fully franked; NFK 4.7% zero franked).
