Hmmm Early1, obviously the Chairman Ross Johnston disagrees with you. His family company sold all of their 450k approx shares as of today's ann.

I had shares in BSA and got the jitters some time ago but have been following ever since to see if I was too hasty (pun intended).

You see, with the demise of Hastie group I thought that this may have represented an opportunity for BSA....but HVAC is a bloody tough market place and the other side of the biz is very, very mature notwithstanding NBN.

And if you read my previous posts on BSA you will see I have doubts about the shareholder communication efforts of the Directors/management of BSA.

So, if th BSA management want to treat me as an insignificant mushroom, I have a right to grow somewhere else..and that's what I'll do...particularly when the Chairman is voting with his feet! And yeah, I appreciate he still has a holding via his super fund.
