I looked buying into BSA last year. Fundamentals looked good.
Call me mad, but the thing that put me off was the new MD strategy of "augmentation". My logic was any MD selling a strategy using a word like that is out of touch with the troops and what's needed for an industrial service company culture.
So my prediction was there's going to be lots of fancy words and strategy sessions, but no engagement by the troops and they lose their way.
