    Hi Andres,
    I agree, we need to get a deal done and no one on this site knows what these negotiations are all about.
    What we do know is they will only be advanced with Hanlong, or any third party, with the issue of the mining rights.
    Fingers crossed that SDL can secure their issue.
    We'll all know soon enough
