Yep it just shows that the provisional NDRC approval didn't really mean finance would automatically be approved as many had thought. I assume that we will see delays on the final NDRC approval too just to keep the flow going. As for the timing of the conventions etc who knows for sure. GJ doesn't seem to know either or he is confused about which company he is talking about every time someone interviews him.
