I agree and except your post reply.
Just one thing though. Surely Core Mining/Glencore could have said they were in talks with SDL,through a MOU on use of SDL's future rail system to fix a price for use of it and Port fees.
They did not have to say anything about sharing in the Infrastructure cost or looking to share with SDL in any future Infrastructure needs.
