Hi All.

What has SDL got to negotiate with Hanlong for? I thought all this delay was about Hanlong getting a letter of approval for Financing.

There should be no Negotiating by SDL with Hanlong. All the Negotiating has been done. Hanlong have offered $0.45cents, SDL Directors agree with the offer.

What is there to Negotiate?

If Hanlong are having problems in getting Funding they need to tell the Market and let someone else from China do the job.

China is stuffing everyone around.
China would have cleared the Funding long ago if they were ever going to do it.
China knows the Governments involved are desperate for the projects to start up.
China is doing themselves more harm with the Cameroon and Congo Governments with all the delays and stuffing around.

It has nothing to do with SDL, it is all about China and Hanlong.
Why are China continuing these discussions with Hanlong,when they know Hanlong will NOT end up being involved with Funding and Building the Infrastructure?

If The Chinese Government are so close and pally with Cameroon and Congo Governments that they give free funding and very low Funding terms,they would be very well aware of everything involved in the area that SDL are looking at. There would be no reason for the Chinese Funding Agencies to have to keep delaying the projects. They know everything and would have all figures needed to pass funding many months ago.

All about China not Sundance Resources.
Sundance Resources sitting back waiting for China and Hanlong to get back to them and tell them what the next move is.

China treating us Shareholders and the Company as complete fools. I am completely sick and tired of being treated this way.
