Hi Westcott - it really doesn't matter what you or I think should be done as we do not have the knowledge of the Board/management and the real issues at hand. They do. We will never really know unless we were on the ground and I bet many would have a "oh, didn't understand that" moment if they were closer to it.

I don't think you can make a comparison between the Core MOU and the TO. One has visibly albeit been slow in progressing and the other has just been invisible. With the TO we know exactly what the discussion and decisions are, with the MOU we have no idea whether it has progressed further than a "lets have a chat about it sometime". Or anotehr way of putting it, we are clear what we need to vote on for the TO but haven't a clue on the MOU. See the difference?
