    Takeover 40% (distinct possibility)

    Timeframe
    If Relist
    November 2021 20% too soon
    December 2021 50% possibility
    January 2022 70% most likely

    If Takeover (dollars in our account)
    November 2021 30% possibility
    December 2021 100% surely, before Xmas
