Greed is the motivating factor in all of this. We are here for one reason only.
I'd love to say it's for a prosperous, healthy and abundant African future...but 1. Africans would rightly tell me to stop being so patronizing and f*** off, and 2. It just ain't true.
Although a new Wakanda makes sense for the planets Supply Chain and African Employment, it probably does not for the Environment. That damn GREED cuts so many ways! Ouch.
You say 'we' can pursue damages'...so you must also hold SDL as you're putting yourself in that camp. It stands to reason that your displeasure at ANS means you have a greater % mix of SDL to ANS. What happens if ANS convert and you get a ton of greedy dollars, will you still feel the same way? You hold ANS and your sentiment is BUY after all. You could change your sentiment and sell your ANS. The going rate is somewhere between 5-7c I'd say...based on the latest HC threads.
I'm not quite sure what happened between SDL and ANS. It was a walk off home run one moment, and almost instantly a head down slump to the dugout the next. Only the law can sort that out, as it was I assume based or more than mere handshakes and millions of dollars changing hands. This spectre of 'pre-discovery' is simply the mechanism by which a party comes to understand IF a legal challenge is possible. Let alone financing that challenge. That discussion is not for us.
Personally, I don't believe SDL had any viable investors lined up. They'd tried for more than a decade, got close with Hanlong, but ultimately failed. This legal pre-discoverey is just securing more pay cheques for mr Greedio Cashola.
Us poor investors, with our beliefs and biases, just need someone to convert this massive opportunity to our bank accounts...and hopefully create something meaningful and lasting for the Africans. After all, it is THEIR resource to sell.
