100m has been put off to December..why would he put the money up till a deal is close to being done...100m was to sort out Sundance ...that deal was avoided...

silk road deals are always shonky...read in last article was made clear that Africa is not out of pocket...the infrastructure is for ans to function and Africa to benefit with jobs..royalties and a steel mill is the icing on the cake...
