    When I saw the name Orissa, I didn't even bother clicking on the link cos the paper is not based in a friendly country but one that envies China's BRI. Pakistan kicking goals with the economic corridor surely getting under their skin.

    Ding as a man of vision and foresight predicted 3 years ago that our project is an ideal candidate for such grande scheme.
