ANS shares were taken off CHESS and transferred to AUTOMIC.

I had to contact AUTOMIC and register my ANS shares to that sub-registry.

You have to do this separately for those ANS held in a SMSF or outside it, such as CommSec.

When you contact AUTOMIC, you’ll need the SRN number to register the shares to their sub-registry.

Look at you any statements you were mailed. If you have changed mailing address, ask AUTOMIC to send the statement again.

Once you set up an account on AUTOMIC’s website, you can use the SRN to register your ANS shares.If not, they stay in limbo.
