Merrill Lynch put in a SSN after the post crunch raising last year (along with Citibank & HSBC who have all come and gone a few times), obviously the offshore big boys that took that stock and bought & sold since are shuffling their holdings between Oz nominees/custodians, probably looking for cheaper rates
