It would be a crazy management who make a prediction like that, and not expect to be crucified at the end of the year should they not achieve it. So either thy expect to achieve it...or they dont plan to be around by the AGM. If that is the case, why would they have taken part of their pay in shares.

Looks like the management run a tight ship, as not much info seems to leak out....and then bang...an announcement like this comes out. I think once the market believes these numbers, we will be sitting in the 35-50c range.
