I think its a good initial attempt to try a "stabilising" routine - it seems to show - we are listening to our main investors concerns - notably independent chairpeople but also confirming the actual position re review event and S&P rating ..... think it is a good start - and might just put enough positivity out there to stop the shorters potentially having to face a panicked share buy back...
