it looks rosy on the face of it, but around this time of the year the price generally drops, u can see it as a problem or an opportunity - if you're holding it is a bit of a worry but if your looking to buy in it could be an opportunity.
Timing is everything when buying stocks.
Yield not bad but has been a bit of a roller coaster over last 5 years, see graph below.
Also on commsec there is this one line, under forecasts and trends, that puts me off buying more.
holding a few but somewhat on the fence, if next week our NTA goes up a cent or 2 i will be somewhat relieved.
Tis is just an opinion, make your own decisions.
