Locals are concerned they wouldn't be able to spray their pesticides. Agreement reached with spray operators that turbines will be turned off if spraying is done nearby so planes can fly closer. Solution solved without locals going bonkers.

Health affects of wind turbines not real according to AMA but locals spread fear and anxiety so it becomes real just like they are doing with mining. RXM will manage any situations that arise which may have an impact upon the community.
