Valid points and I am sure there are collaboration/discussions with a major stake holder. Some key parties have added to their holdings recently (not necessarily at cap raisings). There are synergies associated with consolidation of tenements in the region which have been discussed at lengths in these forums.
But I must say that the valuation quoted by sarg is lower than the peak mc attained by the company a couple of years ago.
