With improving fundumentals , ie growth rates in revenue , acquisitons at 2-3 per annum, a cash surplus in the underlying business units in each of the last 5 quarters , revenue expected at $15-20m full year , a profit expected to exceed $1m in the full year in its early growth phase , its good to finally see the market waking up to the low market cap ( about $10m at 4c ) from the turnaround story of PGC has been over the last 2 odd years .
PGCOA lagging a bit with only 2c to pay .
