Why don't you talk about the other side of the story ie retirees etc getting a better rate of return on their savings accounts surely this is not a bad thing. I do feel sorry for young people who have recently brought a home it takes alot of disipline to not get sucked into these asset bubbles particularily one as all encompassing as real estate in australia.
