Remember, it a per annum investment - NOT a per week/month.
I remember paying 15%+ on my 1st Mortgage - a small 11 sq home, not some 30 sq monstrousity that must be "bigger" than the Jones's house.(2 cars and the boat and the stereo and the Plasma).... Greed and Credit!(NO Carpet when we moved into our 1st home)
Sympathy for "young" home buyers??????....nah! I dont have any.
My "postion" is indicated by the fact that my RETIREMENT is invested in the Stockmarket and GOLD.
