it pains me to say it, but the post from Tradiac has made me feel a little bit sick, and it has forced me to cast my AGM votes accordingly.
I'm all for a bit of incentive for staff, but when companies (all companies - not just KAR) are being run on capital raisings, there really needs to be a bit of restraint shown - especially when the staff are already getting fairly healthy salaries.
I've worked for some big firms over the years, and whenever times were hard, the bonus pool looked like this...
