    eftpos is not free.... the machine cost money...

    the transaction also need cost money , for equipment and technology...

    who going pay for it????

    if paying by debit card is free , they tyro is block transaction to debit cards..

    tyro not making money whu in the world we doing it for free....

    the reason why governments cracking down on charges because it the election...

    they screw up the economy, making inflation extremely high...

    the sad part since covid rich people have triple their net worth...

    so... why not go after rich people...

    why keep going after the poor...

    coffee.... $5..... eftpos $5.12........

    if you want more people using eftpos, just charge then like 0.5 percent...

    then people wont even use cash anymore...

    you get more transaction with better security...

    then again....

    governments is wasting time on little guys....
