Willing buyer willing seller that's all that was let go by the seller and then someone paid more so the choice is wait and hope or go higher. I barely traded in the last few hours so its tightened back up and people are holding for better prices. Less than 100,000 shares traded in the last 2 hours so I think this is going north tomorrow.
