Good point, I'm not too sure if they are targeting a specific demographic however based on their marketing material (I could have missed something and would be keen to be pointed in the right direction)? even if the viewers of rental property tend to be younger perhaps the majority of property "lister's" may be older, so they are still users of the web site.
I think in this case the service/business isn't really an age specific one, The site is nice it's just a little messy in some areas (for me) and I'd like to see it all tightened up a bit more, I'm sure it will come in the future once the user base increases which it looks like it has done at a significantly fast rate.
