Worth revising the 3 July announcement....
Constable Care Child Safety Foundation CEO Mr David Gribble said: “When we saw the unique approach being taken with the Wangle Family Insites software, it was an easy decision to partner with Wangle Technologies to endorse this great program. Its clever use of cutting edge proprietary technology and the extensive research and bestpractice education principles that underpin it, make it the first product we’ve seen that we believe will actually help parents keep their kids safe online. It will have potentially life-saving benefits for families that we will wholeheartedly promote through our extensive school, family and community programs and networks.”
Clearly, given the partnerships involved, there's huge potential on the cards. There's a clear-cut marketing plan in place, and while we're not privy to it, I'm banking on the fact that it makes sense. From the 7 June announcement:
Wangle partners VPN App with Student Edge, giving access to +900,000 potential subscribers immediately. Commenting on the agreement with Student Edge, Wangle CEO, Mr Sean Smith, said; “In Student Edge, we have found a partner that not only has the membership that will use the product, but who provides a ‘go to market’ strategy that is well below current financial metrics.” They are the perfect partner, not only because their members are most likely to access and use the product, but because they genuinely believe in it and want to promote it to their membership base.”
Do you think a few downloads on the Iphone/ Android via organic growth, and the facebook profile really matters? It's worth following from an organic traction point of view. But the true growth will come down to the partnership agreements. That's the primary target, where the company has access to promoting their product to their wide userbase, with hundreds of thousands to millions of families. The question is whether those marketing endeavors have started yet.
I doubt it.
School doesn't start until late January/ early February. So, we could see a massive turnaround in a short amount of time, early next year. Hence, why I'm considering taking advantage of any weakness into early January.
That's my plan, anyway.
