i had a gentleman call me about how important feedback for FBR from shareholders was. THen he continued to read out the share purchase offer and mentioned the fantastic "discount". He then asked me if i was interested in purchasing some stock. I explained i wasn't if I could get it on market cheaper than his supposed "discount".
He then said that they value feedback from their shareholders and like to know thier thoughts. Then he hung up.
At no point in the call was I actually asked about my opinion or thoughts, i was not able to ask questions. He just pretty much hung up after that sentence about how much they want to know about what I have to say.
