He didn’t say second half of next year, he said from 1st July 2023 and confirmed that date when asked for clarification.
1st July 2023 they’re producing copper metal plate!
Now back to your question——After finance, permits etc, it’s all under Barry’s control and he’s given me the impression that he’s going 100 miles an hour to get into production. He was asked in a recent video what could derail this project and he mentioned geopolitical risks etc, that’s out of his control.
So it really comes down to believing that what’s he’s passing on to his shareholders is the best guidance he has at the time, financiers, legals, government depts......I believe he’s authentic.
I’m not sure you’re aware that many months ago he acknowledged he was overly optimistic regarding previous video chats about timeframes and said words to the effect he’d bear that in mind with future advice to his shareholders......how many other CEO’s do that?
