It is just possible that POH will not have to do more than a phase 2 trial for OXYPatch. They raised a very specific sum of money recently. Whats to say a major pharma hasnt already said OK we'll give you what you want, but you have to show that phase 2 is sexy and we'll do the rest.
Esra in ths SKY interview in Jan said that the BIG pharma deals are out there.
