If they're guaranteeing the funds it makes sense to try and seek it from the shareholders as planned rather than forking out 5mill themselves; and what better time to make hay than such a sunny day as today?
I'm anticipating a meaningful announcement, hoping it will be revealed prior to 24th April. The last time SDL had such a massive volume go through was during the GBG fiasco, and that was a mere 80-odd mill from memory, which is totally dwarfed by today's onslaught!
