Overall, CER's share of the sales is $25.2m.
ABR of two properties as at 31 Dec 08 was as follows:
Marketplace at Flower Mound - $1,374,775
Greatwoods Marketplace - $889,061
Total ABR - $2,263,836
NOI is approx 10% less than ABR (pg 18 of supplemental)
NOI would therefore be $2,037,452.
Cap rate: $2,037,452 / $25,200,000
= 8.1%
