Just got a reply from investor service regarding the sales of 2 assets. Here's the respond from investor service :

Thank you for your reply.

In terms of the discount to book value, we will be disclosing this information on a quarterly basis in aggregate for all sales concluded in that quarter. The reason for this is that discounts on single or small groups of assets are not necessarily indicative of the market or the trend, and could be taken out of context.

The announcement was not lodged with the ASX as it was not material; but we have published this on our website as we’ve received a few requests from investors to advise of asset sales more frequently.
