QBE is the only blue chip that has not had a decent run relative to the rest of the market.
QBE seems to be constantly discounted - maybe due to being insurance and its attached stigma - global warming etc.
QBE has delivered year on year and has always delivered on acquisitions and has protected on the downside (last year) - who knows.
warren buffet should buy them!
