Nothing wrong with that, its an age old tradition to give flowers to loved ones and even those who have passed away. Its sweet actually that she continues to show that love and commitment even after 20 long years. It brings comfort to a lonely widow to maintain whatever connection she has left.
However same cannot be said for a stock, one should never fall in love with a stock, trading 101.
