I recommend getting your ducks in a row mate. As a former regulator, complaints must be specific and clearly linked to breaches outlined by relevant legislation or policy. you can't make general complaints that are flimsy. The government can and will investigate but will only allocate resources if the complaints draw a clear link between wrongdoing and the law. If anyone wants to go down this road, do your research, then write up a comprehensive report. One that cannot be ignored......then you will get action. IMO
