Perhaps you have found a way to lodge the claim, but unless you meet the criteria to make such a complaint you are wasting your and their time.
I very much doubt you would be questioning the level of risk if they had invested in AJM.
Perhaps those that are genuine Australian Super members can lodge a claim that they didn't provide you with assistance in relation to your financial difficulty by choosing not to invest in AJM. Still I doubt it will get anywhere.
