You're obviously not comprehending and delusional, so I'm going to make this very simple for you...

STEP 1: Look at a World Map and realise that China is next to VietNam. i.e. They border each other.

STEP 2: Check the existing significant rail and port infrastructure between central VietNam (where the bauxite is) China.

STEP 3: Some elementary level geo-politics reveals both China and VietNam and Communist countires. They have very close ties. China has a lot of influence over VietNam. It's much easier for China to deal with VietNam (as it already does), than with Australia.

STEP 4: See that there are significant quantities of high grade bauxite in central VietNam.
