    I personally think you have done the right thing Sabath. Missing out on some gain is far better than getting caught in a falling property market.
    Ive Been there and done that and if people think they can just sell their property at any time during a falling market then they have not had the pleasure of trying to do so.
    Same with the markets although much more liquid than property the markets can fall a whole lot quicker than they rise and getting caught in a collapsing market is just depressing especially when you realise if you dont sell it could take years to get your money back if at all. Many things happen to companies that just disappear or re distribute money in a falling market.

    I sold a property in Perth back in about 2006, got less than I wanted thats for sure but made good money. Glad I sold it then and not now as Perth market has got a lot harder now. I seriously doubt the profits are going to be in property for at least 5 maybe ten years or longer.
