Interesting, you just answered your own question in regards to US markets: harvest the best (the leaders, high cap) and re-allocate the money to mid-cap (underperforming).
My view is this - SPX market target 3050-3200 area for 2019.
Trading - AMZN (etcAMZN has new targets for 6-12 months $2100-$2250-$2350 from $1950 here. Will have usual pullbacks along the way, use stops.
