there's is only ONE weak link, with one BIG WHAT IF factor:

1) WHAT if the Chinese won't bite?
2) What is the Chinese bite, but they know we are SHORT of FUNDS?
3) WE ARE coming into the short of funds period - in 9 months, 3.4 million was spend, last quarter alone was 700K plus, as of 31st March, we have 1.9 plus MILLION dollars cash, so, now that it's late July - we are RUNNING SHORT of cash -

Just a very skeptical side of me shouts - is this a pre milking the investor for MORE $$$$$$$$$ with positives?
