Friend of mine made a good point to me this morning ; despite everyone feeling a bit frustrated by the lack of market moves (except the carry hogs) expressing conviction views via options has rarely if ever been cheaper.
Despite the level of involvement in listed equity and index options in Aus being worse than pathetic, there are still plenty of vol sellers happy to sell cheap options for premium.
