    They haven't been managing this Co for the last 3 years. Their active time wrt AMU was the 3 years b4 that when they got this Co. from a no name minnow to a Co with a SP above $1.45
    And got the ARW flaot away with a SP above $2.

    The Co's are responsible for what's happened since then.
    AMU SP 30c, ARW well who cares, totally written off as far as AMU's concerned.

    Ask the house broker what wrong with this Co.
